Primary Care in times of Covid-19 (PRICOV-19-Study)
The "PRICOV-19 Study – Primary Care in times of Covid-19" is an international collaborative study with the University of Ghent (Belgium) that investigates the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic on the organization of healthcare in general practitioners' practices. In Germany, this study is carried out by the Institute of General Practice at the University Hospital Erlangen.
The German part of the PRICOV-19 study focuses on the perception of general practitioners with regard to their own role, perceived importance as well as health policy measures and their effects on general practitioner practices during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The data was collected from 01.02 to 31.03.2021 by means of a quantitative, online questionnaire. For this purpose, general practitioners throughout Germany were surveyed. We would like to thank more than 300 participants of the PRICOV-19 study!
Current Status
The data analysis is complete. The final Results of the German part of the study will be presented in the form of a poster at WONCA 2022, DEGAM 2022 and DKVF 2022 .
