Curriculum Vitae
Stefanie Stark studied sociology at the Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nuremberg and the Faculty of Social Science in Helsinki. She has been working as a research associate at the Institute of General Practice since 2020 and completed her doctorate in human biology in 2024.
Scientific and educational activities
Stefanie Stark worked in projects of the PRO PRICARE research network. She also led the German part of the international PRICOV-19 study. Since 2021, Ms. Stark has coordinated the Bavarian Research Network in General Practice (BayFoNet) at Erlangen. In April 2022, she established the “Citizens' Advisory Board for General Practice” at the Institute. Her research focuses on participatory health research and the involvement of patients and citizens in the research process. Methodologically, she focuses on mixed-methods approaches in data collection and analysis.
