The General Medical Institute and BayFoNet cordially invite you to the Citizens' Advisory Board!
What is the Citizens' Advisory Board?
The Citizens' Advisory Board is aimed at all citizens who are interested in volunteering in the Research Department of General Medicine at the University Hospital Erlangen on projects and funding applications and in advising the researchers. The aim is to bring the views of citizens into the world of science. The Citizens' Advisory Board is also intended to serve as a platform for citizens to exchange ideas with scientists and invite them to talk to each other, discuss research in general medicine and, if desired, actively participate in research projects.
Who can take part?
People aged 18 and over who are interested in research and general practice and would like to contribute their experience and opinions to a citizens' advisory board are invited to join. No special previous knowledge or experience is necessary.
What does participation look like?
In the Citizens' Advisory Board, we want to discuss all steps in projects and studies with you. We are interested in your views on our research ideas, your opinion on study materials and your feedback on the implementation of research results. Participation is free of charge.
How does the Citizens' Advisory Board take place?
The Citizens' Advisory Board meets around four times a year. The meetings take place in person or digitally.
