Curriculum Vitae
Lisette Warkentin started working as a medical and research assistant at the Institute of General Practice in August 2020.
She has been taking part in the Clinician Scientist Programme of the IZKF at FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg since March 2021.
Lisette Warkentin studied medicine at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg from 2011 to 2017. Until 2019, she did her doctorate on the topic of "Optimising motivation to exercise with pedometers by modifying feedback in depressed and non-depressed persons" at the Psychiatric and Psychotherapeutic Clinic of the Universitätsklinikum Erlangen.
Clinical focus and functional areas
After her studies, Lisette Warkentin worked at Klinikum Fürth in the departments of geriatrics, gynaecology and in the central emergency room until July 2020. Since the end of 2021, she is working at the MVZ Eckental of the Universitätsklinikum Erlangen.
Scientific and educational activities
In addition to her practical medical work, Lisette Warkentin works in health services research at the Institute of General Practice. She is involved in routine data analyses, e.g. on oral anticoagulation or the monitoring of chronic diseases (ChroMo). She was also part of the CoVaKo project team (CoVaKo). Currently, she participates in the development of the guideline on "Thyroid nodules in adults in general practice" (LeiSe).
