TheraTrain
Successful implementation of self-exercise programmes in therapeutic care
What is it all about?
Therapy-accompanying self-exercise programmes could be one way of reducing the burden on the healthcare system in terms of costs. The aim of TheraTrain is to identify the prerequisites for the successful implementation of self-exercise programmes. Based on this, tools for ensuring more effective and efficient therapeutic care will be developed and coordinated.
How does the study work?
In addition to systematic literature searches to analyse current circumstances, quantitative and qualitative surveys are used as part of a mixed-methods approach. These surveys involve physicians, therapists, patients and representatives of statutory health insurance funds.
